All sales are subject to the following:
Formal & Specialty Dresses
All formal, prom, graduation, and specialty dresses are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
In-Store Purchases
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
Online Orders
All online purchases are store credit only if returned within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
All Returns Must Meet the Following:
No signs of wear, damage, makeup, deodorant, or perfume
Tags must be attached
Receipt required
Thrive reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
